Yard waste pickup (subscription-based)

Land clearing services

All products are subject to availability. Prices and offerings may change without notice.

3. Subscriptions & Service Agreements

Yard waste pickup subscriptions are billed monthly.
Customers are responsible for having waste properly prepared (bagged or binned) by scheduled pickup times.
Green Tribe Farms reserves the right to cancel subscriptions for repeated non-compliance.

4. Deliveries & Pickups

Delivery windows are typically scheduled Monday–Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
We do our best to adhere to scheduled times but are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery/pickup information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (e.g., hay, compost, produce), all sales are final.
If a product arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Liability

Green Tribe Farms is not liable for any damages caused by misuse of our products or services. All services involving machinery or land work (e.g., land clearing) will be performed with care, but clients assume responsibility for marking utilities, boundaries, or underground hazards in advance.
